  • 4"x 4" Pressure Treated Runners (shipping rails)
  • 2"x 4" Floor Joist
  • 5/8" Plywood Flooring with ¾ Styrofoam insulation and wire mesh (Critter protection) under floor
  • 2"x 4" Studs in the walls and rafters spaced 16" on center
  • T1-11 Siding
  • 1/2" Plywood sheeting on roof along with 25 year asphalt shingles
  • Length of Porch is Included in Overall Structure Length. IE: 14' x 26' w/ porch = 20' Interior & 6' Porch

    Included with Finished Interior:
  • 3 ½" Insulation in the walls
  • The finished interior is dry walled both walls and ceiling
  • Interior painted
  • Linoleum placed on the floor
  • Windows are trimmed out
  • Optional Electrical (1 porch light, Switch box, and 6 outlets - 3 in front room and 3 in back area)
