Modular garages are delivered partially assembled. For instance, if you order a 24x24 you would receive two 12' x24' halves. They are placed together and a crew joins the roofs. Two roof pitches are available 3.5/12 pitch and 6/12 pitch. You need room for a truck-trailer delivery. If there is not room for this type of delivery, on site assembly is available within a 300 mile radius. Typical sizes run from 20/24' wide up to about 40' long.  Feel free to ask our customer service for custom design and size options.

STANDARD FEATURES:

  • 7' Walls, (2) Garage doors, and (1) 36" wooden door
  • (2) Brown slider windows with screens
  • Low profile 3.5/12 roof pitch or High profile 6/12 roof pitch

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

  • Double floor thickness
  • 8" OC floor joists
  • 3/4" pressure treated floor
  • 2x6 floor joists
  • Insulated Garage doors
  • Ask for double bubble floor insulation when temperature controlling

NOTES:

  • If you are placing a concrete pad down, you will not need the floor but that will require a full on site assembly. Please call our sales staff to design a custom garage with your choice of wall heights and roof pitches.
  • If metal roofing is selected, it sets directly on purlins. Purlins are set on 2x4 framing and metal on top of that unless ordered otherwise.

Choose from (3) Delivery Options

  1. Fully Assembled Structures delivered and dropped in place with the use of a truck-trailer and shed mover. Open unobstructed Access is needed for this delivery style. Within 300 miles this is usually the least expensive delivery. 
  2. Kit Form for you to construct. This will require carpentry experience by the assembler.
  3. Assemble On site by our Carpentry Crew. Please call our helpful staff if this delivery is preferred so we can calculate a price based on style & distance.

When choosing the on site assembly or kit form delivery options, taller walls and roof pitches are available. Feel free to call for details options and pricing.
